Philippe Lepage is a UX Lead with a background in Intermedia Design and Art Direction. Over a decade ago, he shifted his focus to UX design to work on innovative products that genuinely help people and meet real user needs. After years collaborating with agencies and companies across Luxembourg, Germany, and Switzerland, Philippe founded his agency tiio in 2021 to help businesses shape their UX strategy and product design, driving product growth and continuous refinement. He also supports founders in taking their ideas from concept to MVP launch.
A former ice hockey player, Philippe brings the focus, strategy, and competitive mindset of an athlete to every project. Fluent in English, German, French, and Luxembourgish, he ensures smooth collaboration across borders, becoming a long-term partner for your business.
