Philippe Lepage is a UX Lead with a background in intermedia design and art direction. Over a decade ago, he shifted his focus to UX design because he wanted to work on innovative products that genuinely help people and meet their real needs. After years working with agencies and companies across Luxembourg, Germany, and Switzerland, Philippe founded his agency tiio in 2021 to help businesses shape their UX Strategy and Product Design, from concept to launch, while driving product growth and refinement.
A former hockey player, Philippe brings the focus, strategy, and competitive edge of an athlete to every project. Fluent in English, German, French, and Luxembourgish, he ensures smooth collaboration across borders, making him a long-term partner for companies and venture projects.
